*User changes are calculated at the end of the calendar month and the total order value cannot be less than the original order value.
How much notice needs to be given to add or remove users?
24 hours’ notice depending on the number of users to add/remove. Typically additional users can be added/removed within 1 hour.
If we merge with another business/company can we add the users onto our Hosted Service?
Yes. Additional users can be added within 24 hours’ notice.
Can we add more applications to my hosted desktop?
Yes, an unlimited amount of applications can be set up and installed on your hosted desktop.
How does pricing for hosted desktop work for a part-time user?
Our pricing is flexible, so if you have part-time users you can either share a single log in if two or more users work different hours, or we offer discounted pricing per part-time user.
